  Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status. bu33 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bu33 account holder.

  Currency: All transactions on bu33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bu33 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. All monetary amounts displayed on the Platform are in BDT unless otherwise stated.

  Fraud Prevention: bu33 operates automated fraud detection systems. Any account where suspicious transaction activity is detected may be suspended pending investigation. Chargebacks or disputed transactions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bu33 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general rules below, plus any specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the time of offer.

  Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless stated otherwise, each player may claim each bonus once. bu33 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules govern the placement, confirmation, settlement, and validity of all wagers made on the bu33 Platform, including sports betting and casino game wagers.

  Bet Confirmation: A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the bu33 system. Where a bet appears to have been placed but no confirmation is received — for example due to a network disconnection — the player should check their account bet history before placing a duplicate wager.

  Errors and Misprints: bu33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price or on an event where a manifest error has occurred, regardless of whether that bet has already been settled. In such cases the original stake will be returned to the player.

  Abandonment and Suspension: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended without a result, bu33 will settle affected bets according to its standard abandonment policy. For live in-play betting, bets placed after the outcome is determined will be voided.

  Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any bu33 game or platform feature to obtain a financial advantage is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation will be voided and the account permanently closed without payout.

  Automated Betting: The use of bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated betting system to place wagers on the bu33 Platform is strictly prohibited. bu33 uses detection systems to identify automated activity and will void all bets placed through such means and close the associated account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bu33 Platform — including the bu33 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bu33 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from bu33 without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of bu33 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bu33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — even if bu33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bu33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

bu33 makes no express or implied warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bu33 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature or service on the Platform at any time without liability to the player.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bu33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, bu33 will endeavour to notify registered players via the mobile number or contact details on their account. Your continued use of the bu33 Platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
